When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 12 noon EST will be processed the same day and will ship within 2- 3 business days. All orders received after 12 noon EST will be processed the following business day and will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders requiring hand-sparkling or embellishing may take longer to ship. If your order requires hand- sparkled designs or it is an unusually busy time of year, your order may take longer to ship. A customer service representative will notify you if your order will be delayed beyond the normal 3 business days. 

How soon will my purchase arrive?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days. Orders can be shipped via express delivery within the US for an additional cost. 
How are shipping charges determined?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the size, weight, destination, and value of the order. 
What if I need my order faster?
Contact our customer service department and we will work with you to expedite order fulfillment and discuss delivery options and pricing.
Where is your fulfillment center located?
All orders are shipped from central New Jersey, zip code 07733. 
Can you ship my order to someone else as a gift?
Absolutely. Just be sure to complete the appropriate section in the shopping cart.
Do you ship outside the United States? 
If you would like your order shipped outside of the United States, please call our customer service department for shipping rates.
How do I check the status of my order? 
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. At the time of shipment, you will receive tracking details. If you need additional information about your order, please contact us at info@bubblesnbows.com and indicate as the subject, “Order Status”
Can I request a blank or printed sample of an invitation before placing an order?
Yes, however we are limited as to what we can send. Please contact our customer service department with the style number you are interested in along with your shipping address.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Our e-commerce site uses Secured Socket Layer (SSL) which is an encryption technology used to protect online transactions before it travels over the Internet. This process aids us in the prevention of unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your financial information. While precautionary measures are being taken, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and cannot be guaranteed by Bubbles n’ bows. What information do you collect and how do you use it?
The general information we collect, namely username, password, address, contact details are simply required for processing and fulfillment of your order. Bubbles n’ bows does not sell, disclose, or distribute your name, email address, or financial details to any third party sources. 
Will sales tax be applied to my order?
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of New Jersey at a rate of 7% on the total selling price of the merchandise.  
How do I apply a coupon code which I have received?
Simply enter the code in the coupon code/promotional offer box during checkout.
How can I receive special promotions and discounts?
Simple! Register to receive our newsletter and you will be included on mailings notifying you of new products and special incentives!
Do you offer corporate or large volume discounts?
Yes, we are happy to provide corporate and volume discounts. Please contact our office and speak to one of our customer service representatives for further information. 
How do I custom print my invitations?

Do you offer imprinting services on your blank stock?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer imprinting on our blank stock.
Can pre-glittered cards go through my printer?
Yes, simply secure a post-it-note over the glittered area before printing. 
Do you guarantee your printable products will work on my printer?
Bubbles n’ bows cannot guarantee that the operation of every Bubbles n’ bows printable product
will be compatible with all inket or laser printers. Consumers are strongly encouraged to review their owner's printer manual for all information related to media type and size specifications prior to using Bubbles n’ bows printable products. We recommend a laser printer for printable products within the Life’s Shadowscollection. Printable products within the Trés Chic and Confetti Celebrations collection are compatible with most inkjet and laser printers. 
What if I need to cancel my order?
Most orders are processed within one to two business days from the date the order has been placed. Cancellations are accepted at this time. Orders may not be cancelled once an order has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Items on our website are final sale unless damaged during delivery or mis-shipped. If any orders are mis-shipped by error of Bubbles n’ bows, we will happily reship the merchandise at no cost to you.

All claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 5 days of product receipt of merchandise by contacting Bubbles n’ bows. No allowances or credits will be given after this period. To receive credit, the items must be returned in its original outer packaging, in its original box with product seal unbroken, and must accompany an RMA number assigned by Bubbles n’ bows. Damaged or mis-shipped products must be returned to Bubbles n’ bows within 7 days of product receipt of merchandise.

Do you use recycled paper?
Bubbles n’ bows Has Gone Green! Our cards are now printed on FSC certified recycled stock, endorsed by the Rainforest Alliance, while employing the technology of eco-friendly soy-based inks.
Is my privacy protected online?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Although we collect standard data about our customers online, we do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal information.
